Why OTV exists
A growing service business can have a capable team and still struggle to move work reliably. Decisions sit with the founder, ownership gets lost at handoffs, and delivery risk becomes visible too late.
OTV gives leadership a structured way to examine those problems before committing to more headcount, another platform, or a larger change program. The starting point is the evidence and the constraints the team actually faces.

Tyson’s work spans technical program delivery, software development coordination, cross-functional operations, and early-stage organizations.
He currently works as a Technical Program Manager at NeedList.ORG and owns On Target Ventures. His formal background includes IT project management at Seneca Polytechnic and computer programming at Durham College.
Tyson earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in September 2026. He is also completing an MBA at Western Governors University.
